Stephen Moore

Stephen has worked in law enforcement since 1996. As a certificated bailiff he worked in partnership with the police enforcing the Road Traffic Act. He has also been responsible for Enforcing Warrants of Arrest, National Non-Domestic Rates, Council Tax, Magistrate Court Fines and recovering Commercial Rent.

As an Enforcement Officer working with Sheriffs High Court Enforcement, Stephen has helped business owners, private individuals and landlords recover goods, property and monies nationwide. Most importantly, because all his fees are chargeable to the debtor, his clients recover not only their losses but their costs as well.

Due his success, more and more of his time has been spent advising people from all different backgrounds on making cost-effective use of the court system.

Stephen has been horrified by some of the stories he has heard from landlords, business owners and private individuals regarding fees charged and levels of service provided by other firms in the industry. To offer an alternative, Stephen launched the Cash Flow Advice Bureau, which he sees as a free information resource for the layman to use. Together with a few trusted partner firms he aims to provide a high quality, effective service that only charges reasonable fees and only when a fee is applicable.
